Munich Ocktoberfest. My last visit to Munich's Ocktoberfest was eight years ago. The beer festival of Munich, with 8 millions visitors in 16 days, is the second world's lagest event. On this event, my brothers and I worked 8 consequetive years. And we lived there, without any doubt our most beautiful years of wall of death. Since we leaved, many riders have replaced us in the legendary Wall of Death ''PITS TODESWAND''the oldest active wall of death (1932), this wall is the holy of holies, the Mecca for the wall of death riders of the world. Generations of legendary names have suceder in this institution, and we have put ours during 8 years. Since 5 years Amando and Patrick Nock (Infernal Varannes German Division), take part of the show. And every year they invite me, and every year I dont't go, I tell them that I come, but I 'm not going. The reason? The fear of finding myself in front of too many good souvenirs. My years in the ''PITS TODESWAND'' with my brothers is the best thing that ever happened to me. Anyway, this year I wanted to go. The wall is now owned by Jagath Perera. As you can imagine, my emotion was huge when I saw the first show, on the day I arrived.. Amando and Patrick were also exited due to my presence. No chance for me to take a bike for a ride, as the team had lot of problems with their bikes, If I crashed, they would had missed the bike for there own show.The show is correct, Jagath is now an expert in tricks (acro
batic).The Nock Brothers raise themselves, and prove once again that they fear nothing! The second evening we were invited to''JUNGEND TREFF'' A meeting in a night club of German carnival showmen (Carnies) which I take part every time I can, everyone is present, Michael Zhele, the ambassador of our German Division, his brother Achim ( Gracias por Nada), Christian Zettl, Patrick and many others. The night is long and hard to breath (in Germany it still possible to smoke), . The next day I visited the famous ''Motodrom'' . Another wall of death on the Ocktoberfest, yes! there is two walls on one site. The ''Motodrom'' is owned by the cultism HUGO DABBERT, a German man who is 71 years old, and still riding. So ,50 years of stunts now. For the show, Hugo just ride the car . The motorcycles stunts are done by British guest riders ''Ken Fox Troop,'' Luke (22 years old) is a great trick rider. But the big surprise of the show is KERRI CAMERON, a gorgeous blondie, hair into the wind, ride on the wall without fear. The smile of this girl is the sweetness in the m
iddle or thi raw guys that is the wall of death world ;) The evening came, we all gather behind the PITS TODESAND because it is the birthday of Jagath Perera. A rat pack is present!! Cela fait 8 années que je n'avais pas remis les pieds sur la Theresenwise. La fête de la bière. La ou avec mes frères nous avons vécus sans aucun doutes nos plus belle années de mur de la mort.
Depuis notre départ, beaucoup de riders, nous ont remplace dans le mythique Mur de la mort '' PITS TODESWAND'' le plus ancien en activite (1932), ce mur c'est le saint des saints, la meque des coureurs de mur du monde entier. Des generation de nom legendaires se sont suceder dans cet établissement, et nous y avons mis le notre pendant 8 ans.
Depuis 5 ans Amando et Patri
ck Nock ( Infernal Varanne German Division), font partie du show. Et tout les ans ils m'invitent, et tout les ans je me défile, je leurs dit que je viens, mais je n' y vais pas. La raison?La peur de me retrouver a tout ces bons souvenir. Mes années dans le '' PITS TODESWAND'' avec mes frères reste la meilleur chose qui me soit arriver.Mais bon, cet année, j'avais envie d'y aller.
Le mur est maintenant la propriété de Jagath Perera.
Inutile de vous faire part de mon émotion quand j'ai assister au premier show le jour de mon arriver. Amando et Patrick était aussi ému due a ma présence.
Ils on un problème avec les motos, donc aucune chance pour moi de faire un tour. Si je devait passer par dessus le guidon, ils aurait encore une moto en moins.
Le show reste correcte, Jagath est maintenant un expert en acrobaties. Les frères Nock se régalent, et nous prouvent encore une fois qu'il n'ont peur de rien!!
Le deuxième soir nous somme inviter au ''JUNGEND TREFF'' un rassemblement de forain Allemand auquel je prend part a chaque fois que le peu, tout le monde est la, Michael Zhele, l'ambassadeur de notre Division A
llemande, son frère Achim (Gracias por Nada), Christian Zetl, Patrick et bien d'autre encore.La nuit longue et enfumer ( en Allemagne on peut encore fumer en boite), nous a affaiblie pour le reste de la visite.
Le lendemain, une visite au '' MOTODROM'' s'impose. Car sur la fête de la bière il y a deux mur de la mort! le Motodrom est tenue par le cultisme HUGO DABBERT, un allemand de 71 ans qui fait du mur depuis 50 annees maintenant.
Dans son spectacle il ne fait que de la
voiture. La partis moto est exécuter par les guest riders, '' Ken Fox troupe'', des Anglais. Luke est un super acrobate. Mais la grande surprise du spectacle c'est KERRI CAMERON, une magnifique blonde, cheveux au vent, ride sur le mur, sans crainte. Le sourire de cette dernière ajoute un peu de douceur dans ce monde de brute que sont les mur de la mort.Le soir venue, nous nous retrouvons tous derrière le PITS TODESAND, car c'est l'anniversaire de JAGATH PERERA. Une belle brochette de nom célèbre de notre sport est présent. HUGO DABBERT, Les frères NOCK, FRANK un descendant de RICK MORTALES, GERARD HEITMAN une de mes idoles de jeunesse. Et moi au milieu de cette famille de coureurs de mur de la mort qui est la mienne.
